Email campaign and templates to sell short term loans to existing customers.
The short term loan market was under scrutiny and responsible lenders like Vanquis who were in the credit rating building end of the business were in danger of being tarred with the same brush. The campaign was aimed to test product and propositions under an extremely tight compliance radar. We developed an entire contact strategy and executions to manage sale messaging and what we called ’husbandry’ to do with the customer’s account managmeent. These linked to bespoke landing pages where the new loan could be arranged.
The card had to reflect the ‘no frills simplicity’ of the Ryanair flight proposition. So as well as a simple design we launched the card with the equally unaffected promise of ‘Buy with it, fly with it’. We created all the materials from posters to fliers in airports, welcome and collateral materials, email templates and web presence working with GE Money and Ryanair working in partnership with marketing consultancy Macinnes.
